Blessed Apparel SA (sole proprietor Shaun Roos) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We are the responsible party; the information officer is Shaun Roos.
What we collect
- Name and surname
- Phone/WhatsApp number and email address
- Delivery address or chosen Pudo locker
- Order details and payment confirmation (amount, reference, date)
- Messages you send us
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not send any personal information to us by itself. Your cart is stored only in your own browser. We receive what you send us on WhatsApp, email or Facebook, and, if you pay by card online, the name, email and phone you enter, which go to the payment provider to process your payment.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, confirm payment, communicate with you about your order, handle returns and refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We only send marketing if you ask for it, and you can opt out at any time.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers (Yoco and/or Paystack) on their secure systems. We do not see or store your card number. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us fulfil your order: courier companies (name, phone, address), our print partners (order details, no payment data), and payment providers. We never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above and for record-keeping required by law (for example tax records), after which it is deleted.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
